Can't See the Video?

If you can't see the videos, these suggestions may solve your problem:

1. Install Adobe Flash Player.
   These videos are in Flash format. You may need to install or update your Flash Player. Adobe Flash Player is free.
   Get Adobe Flash Player
2. Use Firefox.
   The Internet Explorer 8 browser does not show Flash videos, but other browsers do.
   Google Chrome Browser (Free)
   Mozilla Firefox Browser (Free)
    
3. Use Internet Explorer (standard).
   If you are using Windows 7 you may be using Internet Explorer 64-bit, which does not show Flash videos. You can try switching to Internet Explorer (standard).  
   • Click the Windows Start circle in the bottom left corner of your screen.
      •  Click All Programs.
      •  Click Internet Explorer (not Internet Explorer 64-bit).
